Jill Ladaa has been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years and will be leading you through gentle stretches and challenging poses. You’re encouraged to take a restorative pose and love on some new kitten friends anytime during this hour class.

  4. St. Jude Walk/Run to End Childhood CancerSt. Jude is hosting a walk/run this Saturday to raise money to end childhood cancer. You can register, form a team, and invite your friends and family to join. Or, join an existing team. Then, be a fearless fundraiser for the kids of St. Jude.

  5. Park(ing) Day KnoxvillePARK(ing) Day is an internationally recognized event where parking spots in various cities and towns are transformed into pocket parks and parklets.
    The mission of PARK(ing) Day is to call attention to the need for more urban open space, to generate critical debate around how public space is created and allocated, and to improve the quality of urban human habitat.
